Hi there!
I'm Greg Baldwin with eXp Realty — and I’d love to share a little about my journey into real estate.
Back in 2013, I realized the corporate world just wasn’t for me anymore. I wanted something different — something with more opportunity, flexibility, variety, and most importantly, connection with people. That desire led me to real estate, and I haven’t looked back since.
In Alaska, I served as Sales Manager for one of the top 35 real estate teams in the country (as recognized by the Wall Street Journal), where we sold over 600 homes in a single year. It was fast-paced, rewarding, and gave me a deep understanding of how to navigate even the most competitive markets.
Eventually, I traded the wilds of Alaska for the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona — a change in scenery, but not in spirit. Flagstaff’s forests, wildlife, and incredible community felt like home right away. From the unique, rural properties of Alaska to the high-country luxury homes of Northern Arizona, I bring diverse experience across multiple markets — and I use that to help my clients buy or sell with confidence.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me enjoying everything Flagstaff has to offer — throwing discs at a local course, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, or checking out one of our great local breweries or restaurants. I love this town, and I truly live and breathe the Flagstaff lifestyle.
